Rewiring the Brain for Better Health and Fitness

Why do I keep talking about rewiring the brain to achieve health and fitness? Because without that process, it’s HARD! Plus, any progress towards improved health and fitness is temporary at best. And then there’s the weight loss yo-yo that so many are familiar with. To solve all these problems, the brain must be rewired.     Hello PJ ,
    I am really interested in trying out the brain training for health and fitness which is posted on your fitness and health blog. I love this informational “Rewiring the Brain” poster of sorts. I am a dyslexia intervention specialist and I use specialized programs to create new connections and pathways in the brains of struggling readers. This infographic used on the blog is a wonderful, easy to understand explanation of how rewiring in the brain works – something I try to explain to students and parents all the time. I would like to have permission to use parts of the infographic on my website and I noticed the Alta Mira rights at the very bottom. Is this Alta Mira Recovery Programs? Thank you!
