Train with PJ

Would you like a customized workout routine designed specifically for you by PJ?  It’s easy! Just follow these 3 steps:

1.) Contact PJ through email (PJ@xgym.com) and set up an appointment with him at his Alki or Kirkland X Gym.

2.) Pay below for the “Initial Workout” option (or “Follow-up Workout” from the drop-down menu if it’s a repeat visit with PJ).

3.) Show up and work out!

Not a local? Can’t make it to an X Gym? No problem. PJ does remote training via Skype, Facetime and email for the same rates. Just contact him for more info.

Want PJ to come to you? Well then, you must be one of those rich and famous people with deep pockets! PJ does still train on location, but that gets pretty expensive because that rate includes drive time to and from your location (and that is what the “Custom Rates” button below is for) so just contact him to set that up Mr./Ms. moneybags!

What’s the “Club 777” option? That’s group training with your friends, so if you have 7 or more people you would like to train with, that is the rate per person. That workout isn’t just your regular 21 minute session though. It includes a “pow wow” meeting after the workout, lasting another 21 minutes, involving custom coaching in nutrition, brain training, motivation, goal setting, Q&A time, etc. It’s whatever your group needs!
